IMPORTANT - MCIR Modernization

As announced on October 1, 2024, MCIR will transition to a new IIS platform, powered by STChealth, in 2026. Stay tuned for a new launch date. This modernization project will enhance our system and improve its functionality. This webpage will be your central resource for project updates, communications, and helpful tools throughout the modernization process.

End user training is required for all users to utilize the new platform. Self-registration for the Learning Management System (LMS) is now open. Click on "Register Here" in the top-right corner of your screen. You may also refer to the LMS Self-Registration Guide for assistance.
