The 'Oakland County Nurse on Call Hotline' has expanded and been renamed to the 'Oakland Connects Helpline' to better respond to all medical and non-medical health concerns including housing, shelter, and other social determinants of health. Our goal is to improve referrals to community organizations specializing in housing and shelter access, and help the community better understand and navigate resources available to them. Speak to a Public Health Nurse or Community Health Worker for services and resources.
