Planning at Oakland County Parks is an integrated process that focuses on parks, recreational facilities and the organization as a whole. Working with the Parks Commission, park staff, park visitors, local governments and the public, plans grounded in research and public engagement are created, outcomes measured and adjustments made as needed.
