The fastest and most efficient way to respond to your summons is to complete your juror questionnaire online through the Juror Access website. You can access the portal directly from your smartphone, tablet, or computer. Select the “Complete Juror Questionnaire” button above and enter the 10-digit Juror ID located on your juror summons to access your questionnaire.

Please note: The Court will never ask for your Social Security number.

You may check your reporting status on the Juror Access website or by calling 248-858-0010 after 5:00 p.m. the day before your scheduled service date for reporting instructions. If the website or telephone system indicates that your service is complete, you do not need to report.

You may also choose to receive jury service notifications by email or text message through the Juror Access website. However, it is your responsibility to confirm your reporting status and follow the instructions provided. If you do not receive a notification, you are still responsible for checking your reporting status and reporting as instructed.

To request a deferral, excusal, or disqualification, first complete your juror questionnaire through the Juror Access website. The website will provide instructions for submitting your request and will let you know if supporting documentation is required. When documentation is required, you can upload your documents directly through the Juror Access portal.
