By adopting a Recovery Friendly Workplace model, organizations foster a safe environment encouraging both positivity and productivity for workers affected by substance use. Given that 76 percent of adults with a SUD are active in the workforce, the Michigan Recovery Friendly Workplace (RFW) Initiative has designed a comprehensive program to help employers build environments that support employees in recovery by reducing stigma and providing resources. In honor of Mental Health Awareness Week, join us on Monday, May 12, from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m., for a virtual employer workshop hosted by topic experts.
