This strategy makes sense, considering foreign-born immigrants already make up 23 percent of the U.S. workforce in high-demand STEM* fields, which include scientists, engineers, information technology and healthcare workers, according to the American Immigration Council. </p><p>Join us for our next virtual workshop, including a special panel discussion, on how organizations can leverage skilled immigrants to strengthen their teams and separate themselves from the competition.
