DESCRIPTION:<h3>Enjoy an adventure under the stars during Meteors and More</h3><p>Join us for Meteors and More, a free, astronomy-focused special event from 6:30 p.m.-midnight Friday, Aug. 14 at Addison Oaks County Park. Attend a 30-minute presentation by Oakland Astronomy Club volunteers at 9 p.m. and gaze at the sky for a chance to view the Andromeda Galaxy and dazzling star clusters through telescopes and self-viewing of the Perseid meteors from 9:30 p.m.-midnight.</p><p>Come earlier to enjoy these additional activities during the daylight hours:</p><h4>6:30-8:30 p.m. - Kids Activities</h4><ul>    <li>Train rides</li>    <li>Inflatable bouncer (socks required)</li>    <li>Airbrush tattoos with glow-in-the-dark glitter</li>    <li>Glow bracelets</li></ul><h4>6:30-8:45 p.m. - Family-friendly Festivities</h4><ul>    <li>Self-led Solar System Trail walks</li>    <li>Sound stage and live DJ</li>    <li>S'mores around a fire</li></ul><h3>Event Details</h3><ul>    <li>All activities are free</li>    <li>Bring blankets, chairs and insect repellant for your comfort.</li>    <li>Registration is not required, but the event is limited to the first 400 attendees</li>    <li>Event is subject to cancellation in case of inclement weather (call if weather is questionable).
