NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors for the Southeast Michigan Public Historical
Museum Authority (“Museum Authority”), will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at
1:00 pm prevailing Eastern Standard Time, at
BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS 1200 N. TELEGRAPH RD, 12E PONTIAC, MI 48341 COMMITTEE ROOM A
The Museum Authority will hold its first organizational meeting to consider officers for the
Authority, public meeting schedule, bylaws, and approval of the millage ballot proposals to be
considered by the electors within Oakland and Wayne counties at the November 3, 2026 general
election.
The Authority Board of Directors is a five-member board appointed by Oakland and Wayne Counties.
The Board Members are:
• Michael Andrews
• Kate Baker
• Stacie Clayton
• Kelly Major Green
• Walt Herzig

contact the Board of Commissioners at (248) 858-0100 at least 24-hours in advance of the meeting to
request mobility, visual, hearing, or other assistance.
The minutes of the meeting will be available on the Oakland and Wayne County website following the
