DESCRIPTION:<h4>Available for all veterans, active duty, guard and reserves, and their families.</h4><p><strong>March 26, 2026<br>9 a.m.-noon</strong></p><p>New for this year: We kindly ask all attendees to sign up for a timed entry slot.</p><p><em>This adjustment is designed to significantly reduce wait times and crowds (congestion), ensuring that every veteran has ample opportunity and better access to meet with all the representatives and utilize the resources offered.</em></p><p>Representatives will be onsite to serve all veterans, active duty, guard and reserves, and their families with these resources:</p><ul>    <li><strong>Oakland County Health Department</strong> – Providing adult vaccines to insured and uninsured alike. Please bring your health insurance card if you have insurance.</li>    <li><strong>Oakland County Veterans’ Services</strong> – Providing information and claims assistance regarding Veteran benefits and giving away Meijer gift cards— to be eligible you must be a Veteran and Oakland County resident, and you must present a copy of your DD214</li>    <li><strong>Oakland County Michigan Works!</strong> – Providing Veterans and their families with career planning, training programs, job search resources and the opportunity to meet with an employment specialist</li>    <li><strong>Oakland County Neighborhood &amp; Housing Development</strong> – Helping residents with housing counseling</li>    <li><strong>Oakland Community Health Network</strong> – Addressing any behavioral health issues and concerns, including behavioral health needs for children</li>    <li><strong>VA Great Lakes National Cemetery</strong> – Providing information on VA burial benefits</li>    <li><strong>VA Suicide Prevention</strong> – Providing free gun locks</li>    <li><strong>Ride SMART</strong> – Providing information on their Veteran transportation program</li></ul><p><strong>Questions?
